Researcher Summary

I research in the fields of organisational behaviour, organisational psychology and human resource management. Some of my ongoing research projects focus on coaching psychology, discrimination, volunteer workers, employee engagement and retention, and measurement issues in an organisational context (specifically the utility of implicit measures in organisational contexts).
