Researcher Summary

I am currently undertaking a PhD in Management. My research examines voluntary turnover decision making of employees in a post-crisis context. This forms the bulk of my research interests at present. I am however involved in other studies investigating voluntary turnover of employees using the Unfolding Model of Voluntary Turnover. Other research interests include the evaluation of training; employee recruitment; and careers related research.
