Group course workout outside

The importance of a strong core cannot be under rated. Your core is your powerhouse. We use our core for everyday movements, and in all exercise activities, whether you realise it or not!

Why you should do this START me session

  • You want abs, and you aren't getting anywhere with endless crunches
  • You'd like to understand the concepts behind training the muscles in your pelvis, lower back, hips and abs
  • You want to improve strength, stability and posture
  • You want to minimise that niggly back pain

Session details

  • Session will last for 30 minutes
  • Sign up at Reception or over the phone.
  • Free, but bookings are essential
  • If you are unable to make your session, please call and let us know.
  • We'll utilise a range of bodyweight and tool based exercises to suit the group

On the day

  • Arrive 5 minutes before scheduled start time and check in at reception
  • You will be directed to the meeting point
  • Wear workout appropriate gear, as there will be practical and theoretical elements
