START me fitness starter sessions

Are you new to the gym and not sure how to use things? We understand! That's why we have a selection of FREE Fitness Starter Sessions to teach you how to use all things gym. Simply choose your session type and book a timeslot at reception.

  • FREE 30 minute introductory sessions
  • Basic techniques to keep you safe - alignment, entry/exit strategies, principles to modify the exercises, equipment set up
  • 4-6 simple exercises to get you started
  • We teach you the tools to design your own programmes
  • Bookings essential - contact reception
  • Please specify at the time of booking if you prefer a male or female instructor
  • Sessions may take up to 6 people (depending on session type).
