Small group training
Registrations for Summer will be open soon!
Our regular group fitness classes can be quite massive, but sometimes you just want some one-on-one time with the instructor to perfect your technique. Our Summer Small Group Training courses offer you just that in Boxing, Bootcamp, Staff Yoga and more.
All courses are open to anyone to attend, except Staff Yoga (UC staff only). Discounts apply for all UC Rec Centre members, check out the specific course pages for more info.

Come in and see our reception team or phone +64 3 364 2433 x8434. Please pay at the time of booking – we have EFTPOS and can take debit or credit card over the phone.
