Small group training
Registrations for Term 4 are now open!
Our regular group fitness classes can be quite massive, but sometimes you just want some one-on-one time with the instructor to perfect your technique. Our group training courses offer you just that in Boxing, Bootcamp, Suspension Training, Yoga Play and more.
All courses except staff yoga and meditation are exclusive for UC RecCentre members only, and are a fraction of the cost you might pay elsewhere.

Come in and see our reception team or phone +64 3 364 2433 x8434. Please pay at the time of booking – we have EFTPOS and can take debit or credit card over the phone.
