If you cannot find what you are looking for, please do not hesitate to contact the Planning and Institutional Research Unit, which is responsible for developing, implementing and maintaining the policy library as part of the policy development and review function of the Unit. A policy or procedure that is lodged in the Policy Library is both the official and most recent version of that document. These documents are reviewed regularly. Staff wishing to have some input into the review process for a particular policy or procedure should communicate with the contact person during the review period.
As a living electronic policy library, new documents are being added all the time . Those planned for the near future are listed separately. If, in the meantime, you can not find what you are looking for, please do not hesitate to contact the Jacqui Lyttle, Policy and Risk Manager , or Marie Menzies, Policy and Risk Officer - Planning, Information and Reporting Unit (PIRU).
