Welcome to the University of Canterbury Policy Library, a single point of access for all of the policies and procedures that have been developed and approved at an institutional level.
- The UCPL is currently undergoing some upgrades to the content and information displayed in the UCPL. Accordingly, all Word versions of documents have been removed from the UCPL and only pdf versions of documents will now be available for general access.
- To obtain a copy of the Word version of any document or to request amendments to any document within the UCPL, please contact ucpolicy@canterbury.ac.nz

Policies and Procedures Due for Review
Any University of Canterbury staff member wishing to have some input into the review of a policy or procedure during the review process should, in the first instance, get in touch with the contact person listed in the document.

There are currently extensive changes underway in the Policy Library. Accordingly, documents will now appear on a new template and changes have been made to formatting and font. It has been decided to create a new document history and version control for all documents with version 1.00 now being any document created or reviewed within or after 2013. All previous document history and versions have been kept as a historical record and the records have been managed according to Archives New Zealand standards.
