Cleaning up the competition
While it's said there is no such thing as a free lunch, lunchtime napkins could prove to be valuable.
Students taking part in the University of Canterbury’s 2010 entré entrepreneurial challenge can win extra cash simply by jotting down their business ideas on a standard napkin.
The entré competition sees student teams taking their best business ideas and competing for a total prize pool of $75,000 worth of cash, goods and services.
In addition to the main prize, five prizes of $100 are available to those who can successfully present their innovative ideas on a napkin.
Winners of the Napkin Challenge will be announced next month.
