University Plans

A range of UC planning documents can be accessed from this page. This includes documents prepared for the Tertiary Education Commission (e.g. Investment Plan) and planning documents in which there is wider interest outside the university (University plans).

A key notion linking all of these documents is strategic alignment. The Investment Plan is a governance document that reflects key themes from the government’s Tertiary Education Strategy. This guides the University’s internal planning, which is reflected in the overreaching Statement of Strategic Intent and given effect in a range of University-wide plans.
