Career Activator modules and activities develop students’ career management competencies, and increase employability. The programme offers a variety of activities including seminars, modules, and one-on-one appointments to suit individual needs and learning styles. We also encourage participants to seek work experience.

Every 12 hours of participation in an activity is equal to one intersection point (12 hours = 1 intersection point).

- C7 - Self-management - Participants identify and apply effective self-management to successfully complete this Programme and their academic course load.
- C8 - Teamwork - Participants reflect on their own role in the team, their working style, contribution, and preferred team settings.
- C9 - Technology - Participants use of a range of technologies during the Career Development Programme.
- D1 - Communication - Participants learn and develop appropriate and effective communication strategies for connecting with the international workplace.
- D4 - Learning - Participants learn about international work opportunities, the relevant skills and competencies for these, and the importance of cultural intelligence.
