All eight universities competed in the inaugural University and Tertiary Sport New Zealand Championships, held in 2016. Nine events were run throughout the university year, with UC competing in four of these events.
In order to compete for UC at a UTSNZ event you must be an enrolled student at UC for the duration of the event. A selection committee will review all registered athletes, and will either select a team based on these details, or may hold a trial/s. Registration details are available below.
