School of Health Sciences

Summary

The Health Sciences Centre was established in 2004 to develop postgraduate programmes and associated research activities in the health sciences. The Centre fosters health related interdisciplinary and collaborative initiatives, within the University, with other tertiary education providers in Canterbury and beyond, and with the health sector.

These new initiatives complement the University's existing programmes in clinical psychology, social work, child and family psychology, counselling, speech and language therapy, specialist teaching, and medical physics.
