Robertson Scholars Program
Description
The Robertson Scholars Program was established by Julian and Josie Robertson of New York in 2000, and provides opportunities for those who have gained admission to either Duke University or the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in the USA to enjoy the benefits of both institutions. During the second semester of their second year, Robertson Scholars enrolled at Duke will be able to live and learn at UNC-Chapel Hill, and UNC-Chapel Hill Robertson Scholars to live and learn at Duke.
Julian and Josie Robertson have generously offered one place to a talented New Zealand undergraduate student each year.
Purpose
The Robertson Scholars Program aims to foster collaboration between Duke and UNC-Chapel Hill. In addition, it aims to provide an opportunity for students with proven academic ability to benefit from what the two universities have to offer.
