Grant Lingard Scholarship
full-time tuition fees at the New Zealand domestic rate
31 Oct 2015
These scholarships were established by the estate of Peter Lanini in memory of Grant Lingard (1961-1995), a graduate of the School of Fine Arts:-
"...Lingard will be remembered for his wit, zen style and meticulous economy of imagery, which gave the viewer lingering images of beauty and veiled reminders of darker subjects." C. Moore Hardy. Review of Swansong at First Draft, Sydney 1996.
Several scholarships are available annually to full-time students about to enter the final year of a BFA degree in the School of Fine Arts at the University of Canterbury.
