Transcripts and notifications of marks
Most scholarship application forms require certified* copies of the National Qualifications Framework Result Notice (Year 12) (Lime green Banner sent out by NZQA at the beginning of the year), or CIE/IB results.
School and NCEA website print outs are not official transcripts and will not be accepted.
If you do not have your qualification results please contact NZQA (processing can take up to three weeks). See contact us (NZQA website)
*A certified copy is a photocopy of an original document which has been certified as a true copy by a Justice of the Peace, Solicitor or Notary Public. (This can also be provided by your school Principal or other senior staff).
