Pacific Liaison Officer - Pacific Students - University of Canterbury - New Zealand

Pacific Liaison Officer

The Pacific Liaison Officer is the link between the University, schools, Pacific community and prospective first-year students. The Pacific Liaison is the first point of contact for Pacific students considering study at UC. You may have seen the Pacific Liaison at work with the community, teachers and senior school students, attending careers expos and events around the country.

The role of the Pacific Liaison Officer is to help prospective students make an informed decision about study options and degree planning. They can also assist with the enrolment process and provide information about student loans and allowances, and UC scholarships.

For more information about university entrance, selecting courses and planning your degree, contact the Pacific Liaison Officer.

It is important you make an appointment to see your College Student Advisor at the start of each year to double check your points and degree structure to ensure you are on track to graduate on time or as planned. Remember if things don’t go according to plan - go back to your College Student Advisor to discuss your options.

If you have any concerns about your enrolment, contact the Pacific Development Team and they can help put you in touch with the right person.
