Letter of Eligibility to Graduate
A letter which states:- that the student is eligible to graduate
- when the requirements for a degree(s)/diploma(s) were completed
- includes majors and endorsements (if applicable)
Availability: Only available after the completion of a qualification and before the degree or diploma certificate has been received.
Letter of Conferment of Degree
A letter which states:- when the requirements for a degree(s)/diploma(s) were completed
- includes majors and endorsements (if applicable)
- the date of the conferment of the degree(s)/diploma(s)
Availability: Only available after the degree or diploma certificate has been received.

Academic transcript
An official copy of your academic record (courses and grades).
Availability: Before or after the degree or diploma is completed.
