Letter of Eligibility to Graduate

A letter which states:
  • that the student is eligible to graduate;
  • when the requirements for the degree(s)/diploma(s) were completed;
  • the majors and endorsements (if applicable).

A Letter of Eligibility to Graduate is available only after the completion of a qualification and before the degree or diploma certificate has been awarded.

Letter of Conferment of Degree

A letter which states:
  • when the requirements for the degree(s)/diploma(s) were completed;
  • the majors and endorsements (if applicable);
  • the date(s) of the conferment of the degree(s)/diploma(s).

A Letter of Conferment of Degree is available only after the degree or diploma certificate has been awarded.

If your degree/diploma certificate has been irretrievably lost or damaged: email transcript@canterbury.ac.nz

Academic transcript

An official copy of your academic record (courses and grades).

If you have an outstanding debt on your record, a transcript cannot be provided. Email: transcript@canterbury.ac.nz
