The Contact Centre is the point of first contact for enquiries to the University. The Contact Centre is able to advise and assist new and advancing students regarding:
- enrolment processes, procedures and regulations
- answer general queries
- refer people to the correct college/department/person.
Students can also request publications through the Contact Centre and submit their application to enrol.

Admissions and Enrolment are located in the Student Services Centre, Matariki, which is open between 8.30 am and 5.00 pm, Monday to Friday. Please report to the Student Services Information Desk on Level 1, Matariki.
