Waimairi Village is a community of 15 4-bedroom houses located right on campus. The village offers a safe and comfortable environment that is within walking distance of both the Dovedale campus and the Ilam campus.
Waitākiri Village is a small residential community located in Mairehau on the Orbiter bus route. The complex is set back from the road and has expansive outdoor areas and social spaces for sports activities and social events.
