There are hundreds of books and plenty of research on behaviour management yet classroom teachers are still left struggling to find a way to manage the increasing complexities of student behaviour in their classrooms and playgrounds.
Unfortunately there is no “magic dust” so every teacher needs a variety of behaviour management strategies and the skills to feel confident to use them.
Follow up can include working with a school or groups of teachers to support the development of systems and school-wide initiatives to plan for improving behaviour management in their school.
Teachers, Special Education Coordinators, Teacher Aides and RTLBs should attend this course.
