Exemption from a Prerequisite Application
This form is for students who have Applied to Enrol, and received a confirmation letter stating you don't have the pre-requisites or co-requisites for your course.
If this applies to you, you can apply for a waiver if you meet certain requirements. The form explains these.
Email the form to the appropriate College Student Advisor.
You can also print the form, fill it in by hand and post to the appropriate College Student Advisor.
