Choose your Programme and courses
If you are eligible to study at UC, the next step is to choose your programme of study and courses.
You will need to decide:
- which qualification you wish to study towards
- which subject (or subjects) you will major in for your degree, and
- the courses you will take
Check if your chosen programme or courses have a special application or limited number of places. If you are planning to start a teacher training or sports coaching qualification in 2013, please complete the application for programme entry (APE) form. The APE form, and further information are available on the College of Education website.
Browse the Courses, Subjects and Qualifications website to:
- view which qualifications and subjects are available at UC
- search to find out which courses are offered
- get information about timetables, assessment and prerequisites.
If you are starting university for the very first time and would like help with planning your degree and choosing courses, please feel free to contact our Student Liaison team who can help you with this. If you are considering starting a double degree, the Student Liaison team can also help with planning this for your first year.
If you are an advancing, transferring or graduate student the College student advisors are available for more in-depth subject and course information, and degree planning.
You can also see the College Student Advisors during the Course Advice Week.
