Description

The course prepares student teachers to provide appropriate and meaningful curriculum experiences for infants, toddlers and young children. Students will explore theoretical approaches to teaching and learning in order to inform their practice in developing integrated language curriculum experiences. Therefore, the competent student will then be able to provide a wider range of appropriate and meaningful curriculum experiences for infants, toddlers and young children which are based on the principles of Te Whariki in Aotearoa New Zealand contexts.
