Description

The course will give participants an overview of selected areas of the law including: how the laws are made and the legal system, and commercial, contractual, employment taxation and consumer law relevant to the business environment.

The course will give participants an overview of selected areas of business law and taxation relevant to the business environment.

The objectives of the course are to provide participants with a knowledge of the content, and practical application, of aspects of:

New Zealand legal system
Employment law
Contract law and special types of contract
Business Structures
Taxation law
