Indigenous People's Rights
Assessment for this course is by way of two 10,000 word essays, the topics for which are to be formulated by the student in conjunction with his or her supervisor. This course is not taught by way of LLM lectures or seminars. However, if the undergraduate course on this topic is offered LLM students may, if they so wish, sit in on those lectures.
