Description

Labour economics studies how workers and employers interact in firms, organizations, and markets. This course discusses the empirical relevance of non-standard preferences and boundedly rational behaviour for selected labour market issues, focusing on the psychology of incentives, labour supply and market behaviour.

ECON230 or ECON231 or ECON202 or ECON207. RP: ECON203 or ECON208
