Description

A study of selected Greek texts and unseen passages, with emphasis on the development of knowledge of the language.

CLAS234: Intermediate Greek Authors 1 builds on what students have achieved in CLAS135 to
deepen understanding of the Classical Greek language and culture as well as to broaden knowledge
of Greek literature.

Prerequisites

CLAS131 or CLAS135. Students without the prerequisite but with previous experience in the language may be admitted to the course at the discretion of the Programme Coordinator.
