Blocks of accommodation have been secured by the Conference Secretariat. Accommodation bookings should be made online during the registration process. Any revisions to bookings should be made with the Conference Secretariat apvc09@uco.canterbury.ac.nz
Credit card details are required to secure reservations. Final dates must be advised at least 30 days prior to conference commencement otherwise cancellation fees may apply to nights that are cancelled (this policy varies from hotel to hotel).
Accommodation has been secured in hotels/motels that have a close proximity to the University of Canterbury campus.
