Ad-hoc room bookings
Ad-Hoc room bookings can be made for "one off" events or for teaching and meeting spaces required other than the normal course related timetable activities. This interactive booking facility is only available for centrally managed (controlled) rooms. Course related activities should not be booked through this.
It is important that the staff members book rooms before using them. This will not only prevent double bookings, but also ensure arrangements are made for security, light and heat or air conditioning. Confirmed bookings for an individual staff member can be viewed on the timetable reports web page.
