UC Summer School Students
During the University Summer School Programme, students are able to stay on-campus in the Ilam Apartments.
These fully-furnished apartments are open for new residents from Monday 26 November 2012 until late January 2013 (earlier arrival and later departure dates may be available on a case by case basis).
If you are currently a resident at Ilam Apartments and wish to extend your contract into summer, please visit the Ilam Apartments Office or call the UC Accommodation Student Village Team on +64 3 364 3444.

Accommodation @ $99.00 per full week. One-off costs: *For existing residents, please enquire at the Ilam Apartment's Office regarding this fee. |
For stays of more than 4 weeks, $498.00* is required to be paid before arrival. Thereafter fortnightly payments in advance to be paid directly at the Ilam Apartment's Office. For shorter stays the full weekly rate must be paid in full before arrival. *Equivalent to your contingency fee and two weeks’ rent in advance. |
Accommodation On-Campus for Non-Students
For non-students, accommodation may be also available at UC Accommodation Student Village via the website www.campussummerstays.co.nz
Whole apartments or single rooms can be rented.
