College House
College House enjoys large and spacious grounds. The property is bounded by two streams and borders the University gardens. Five minutes’ walk from the University campus, College House is close to shops, bus stops and the Christchurch International Airport.
College House is New Zealand's oldest and most traditional University College. It retains its traditions with students wearing academic gowns to formal dinners four nights a week during term. The essence of College House is its unique community spirit, assisted by the many returning students who maintain the traditions and help organise much of College House’s social, cultural and sporting programme.
