Flatting Information Session
Going flatting next year?
The Accommodation Office will hold a Flatting Information Session in July for students considering renting in 2014 - watch this space!
Come along to the flatting seminar. 
Topics covered will be on:
- Finding the right flat
- Signing leases
- Tenant and landlord rights and obligations
- Dispute resolution; and
- Tips on how to get on with your flatmates.
Take the opportunity to listen to and ask questions from people who know what the most common issues are and how to avoid them. Hear from:
- Department of Building and Housing
- Tenants' Protection Association
- UCSA President, Erin Jackson
- UC Accommodation Student Village
Free pizza and drinks will conclude the seminar with optional tours of Ilam Apartments.
