Welcome to Student Administration
Student Administration is responsible for all aspects of the enrolment process, from initial enquiry and application to enrol, to enrolment offer and getting a Canterbury Card. Student Administration also administers change of enrolments, examinations, scholarships, academic transcripts and graduation.

News
Canterbury Card office (11 January 2010) The Canterbury Card office will be located upstairs in the UCSA building from Monday 11 January through to Friday 5 March 2010. All students, visitors and staff requiring a Canterbury Card should be directed to this location.
Examinations (12 March 2010)
The 2010 Mid-year Examination & Test Timetable is now available to view on-line. Alternatively, please check UC Student Web for your personalised timetable. Room allocations for the Mid-year Examination period will be available on Friday, 4 June.
Application to Graduate (31 July 2009)

Exemption from a Prerequisite Application (Enrol at UC website) (18 Jan 2009)
If you have Applied to Enrol, and received a confirmation letter stating that
you do not have the prerequisites for your course, you can apply for a waiver if you meet certain requirements.
